About the Session

The Exchange Session for Mentees offers a space for all doctoral researchers participating in the GEOMAR Buddy Program (Oct 2025 – Mar 2026) to come together, share their experiences, and reflect on their mentoring journey so far.

This informal group meeting is a chance to:

• Exchange ideas and experiences with fellow mentees

• Discuss challenges and successes in your mentoring relationship

• Learn from each other’s approaches and perspectives

• Build connections within the GEOMAR doctoral community
