Room | Standard rate of 104 EUR per person per night
Conference Fee | 124 EUR per person covering coffee breaks, lunches and dinner
PLEASE NOTE: The conference fee (77 EUR on Day 1 and 47 EUR on Day 2) must be paid on site by all participants. If you are staying overnight, the conference fee will be included in the same bill as the accommodation costs.

Cancellation
Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, any changes, cancellations, or no-shows will be charged up to 100% of the room rate
