Active Start to the Day

It is Postdoc Appreciation Week! Still tired? Let's kickstart our productivity together.
In 15 minutes, under the guidance of an experienced trainer, you'll engage in mobilization, strengthening, and relaxation exercises.
The targeted routines are designed to alleviate the strain of working in front of a computer, promoting active relaxation and setting you up for a day full of energy and focus. These exercises are also useful during the busy working days in the "rush hour" of your academic professional life. :)
