Time effort for mentors:
- 1.5h introductory workshop
- 1h speed-dating event
- four 1h mentoring meetings between mentors and mentees
- 1h support session with external trainer on request
What is it about?
The mentoring program is aimed at postdocs and associated scientists who want to support and mentor younger colleagues, as well as doctoral researchers who are looking for a mentor.
As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to support and inspire the next generation of scientists by sharing your knowledge and experience. For mentees, this is a fantastic opportunity to receive valuable guidance and support on their academic journey.
If you are interested in participating as a mentor or mentee, please register for the relevant introductory workshop on October 2, 2024 with Dr. Steve Hutchinson. If you do not have time on the day, but would still like to participate in the Buddy Program, please indicate this in your registration.
