 echnik\, Daten\, Organisation\, IT\, Verwaltung und ganz viel Know-how zei
 gen\, was GEOMAR eigentlich macht – und warum das wichtig ist.\nAm 30. A
 ugust 2026 öffnen wir von 11–17 Uhr am Standort Ostufer (Seefischmarkt)
  die Türen für die Öffentlichkeit. Dann dürfen Besucher:innen hinter d
 ie Kulissen schauen\, Fragen stellen\, staunen\, anfassen\, zuhören – u
 nd erleben\, wie vielfältig Ozeanforschung bei uns ist. Infostände\, Vor
 träge\, Großgeräte\, Neubau\, Bibliothek\, Fördeblick: alles dabei.\nD
 er Tag der offenen Tür ist Teil des Stadtteilfests „AHOI Ostufer: Fisch
 \, Forschung und Vergnügen“. Weitere Informationen dazu findet ihr hier
 .\nFür organisatorische Fragen haben wir außerdem eine FAQ-Seite eingeri
 chtet\, die laufend ergänzt wird.\nNeu in diesem Jahr:Die gesamte Anmeldu
 ng und Organisation läuft über Indico. So möchten wir die Anzahl der E-
 Mails deutlich reduzieren und euch gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit geben\, e
 ure Angaben selbstständig zu pflegen und anzupassen. Bitte füllt das Fo

 does – and why it matters.\nOn August 30\, 2026\, we will open our doors
  to the public from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Ostufer site (Sea Fish Market
 ). Visitors will be able to look behind the scenes\, ask questions\, marve
 l\, touch\, listen – and experience just how diverse our ocean research 
 is. Information stands\, talks\, large-scale equipment\, the new building\
 , the library\, and views over the fjord: it’s all included.\nThe Open D
 ay is part of the district festival “AHOI Ostufer: Fish\, Research and P
