Abstract:
The importance and advantage of interdisciplinary work in an academic context is demonstrated by its ability to foster innovation, accelerate research and enrich learning through different perspectives and collaboration. Doctoral researchers at MarDATA often work in teams that are characterized by interdisciplinarity. This workshop is about getting to know and applying  different  methods that can facilitate collaboration (in a training challenge) in interdisciplinary teams.

Main Objectives:
1. Building the team
Teams with diverse backgrounds are enabled to co-create a professional setting that gives space to successfully working and learning together.

2. Organizing as a team
Teams are enabled to establish productive work modes in order to cooperate in a structured and effective way.

3. Working together as a team
Teams are enabled to collaborate efficiently. They are able to use tools to research, analyze, ideate and decide as a group.
