Join our mini-workshop to explore how taking breaks can enhance your concentration and productivity. You will experience and learn how you can influence your brain's activity and what simple interventions you can use to give your brain an active, beneficial break so that you can be creative and productive again. This workshop will also show you how to quickly relax and energize yourself through simple physical exercises and breathing techniques.
