What does depression feel like? What does it really mean to live with an anxiety disorder? And how do colleagues experience burnout physically?

"Shitshow" - the Berlin-based mental health agency - invites you to explore these questions in a very special way: In a workshop, you can use MOODSUITS® to experience firsthand what the most common mental health challenges in the workplace feel like.

What to expect:

MOODSUITS® are innovative design objects that give a voice to people affected by chronic stress symptoms, depression, and anxiety disorders—through physical experience rather than theoretical explanations. When you put on or wear a MOODSUIT®, you feel psychosomatic symptoms in your own body. Suddenly, what otherwise remains invisible becomes tangible.

Scientifically based:

The design is based on surveys and the symptom descriptions of the ICD (International Statistical Classification of Diseases of the WHO). It ties in with the embodiment concept from cognitive science and psychology – because body and mind are interconnected.

Emotionally touching:

We create a space where you not only acquire knowledge, but also develop genuine understanding – for yourself and your colleagues.

Why should you participate?

  • You become more sensitive to the warning signs of mental stress.
  • You develop empathy through your own physical experience.
  • You learn how to better support your colleagues.
  • You will experience a workshop that will touch you deeply.

Register now and become part of a working world where mental health is visible.

Registration is limited to 15 participants per workshop.
